CUPPAPUG TEXAS TRIP & BIRTHDAY PARTY PRIZE DRAW
OFFICIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. PROMOTER
The promoter of this Prize Draw is CuppaPug Limited ("CuppaPug", "we", "our" or "us").
By entering this Prize Draw, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. ELIGIBILITY
2.1 The Prize Draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
2.2 Employees, directors, contractors and immediate family members of CuppaPug, its subsidiaries, agents, partners and anyone professionally connected with the administration of the Prize Draw are not eligible to enter.
2.3 Proof of age, identity and residency may be required.
2.4 Internet access and a valid email address are required for online entries.

3. ENTRY PERIOD
3.1 The Prize Draw opens at 09:00 on Thursday, June 18th
3.2 The Prize Draw closes at 17:00 on Thursday June 25th
3.3 Entries received after the closing date will not be entered into the draw.

4. HOW TO ENTER
PAID ENTRY
4.1 Entries may be purchased at a cost of £5 per entry through the official CuppaPug website or designated sales channels.
4.2 There is no limit to the number of entries that may be purchased.
FREE ENTRY ROUTE
4.3 No purchase is necessary.
4.4 Entrants may enter free of charge by sending a postcard or letter containing:
• Full name
• Postal address
• Email address
• Telephone number
• The words "CuppaPug Prize Draw Entry"
to:

4.5 Free postal entries must be received before the closing date.
4.6 One valid free postal entry shall receive one entry into the Prize Draw.
4.7 Free entries will be treated exactly the same as paid entries and will have an equal chance of winning.
4.8 Illegible, incomplete or bulk-generated entries may be disqualified.

5. CHARITABLE CONTRIBUTION
5.1 Following deduction of:
• Prize costs;
• Reasonable administration expenses;
• Payment processing fees;
• Marketing and promotional costs directly associated with operating the Prize Draw;
the remaining net proceeds from the Prize Draw will be donated to CuppaPug's nominated charity partners.
5.2 Details of the total amount raised and beneficiary charities may be published following completion of the Prize Draw.

6. PRIZES
PRIZE 1 – TEXAS TRIP
One winner will receive:
• Return economy-class flights for two adults from the United Kingdom to Texas, USA;
• Three nights' hotel accommodation;
• Entry for two adults to CuppaPug Frisco, Texas.
TRAVEL CONDITIONS
• Travel must take place during September or October 2026.
• Travel dates are subject to availability.
• Both travellers must be aged 18 years or over.
• The winner and guest must hold valid passports and any required travel authorisations.
• Travel insurance is not included.
• Airport transfers are not included.
• Meals, spending money and personal expenses are not included.
• Visa, ESTA and immigration requirements are the responsibility of the travellers.
• No cash alternative is available.
• Prize is non-transferable.
• If the winner cannot travel during the specified period, the prize may be forfeited.
PRIZE 2 – CUPPAPUG LONDON 4TH BIRTHDAY PARTY
Ten winners will each receive:
• Two tickets to attend the exclusive CuppaPug London 4th Birthday Party;
• One birthday goodie bag.

Date: Saturday 27 June 2026
Time: 4:30pm – 7:30pm
Location: CuppaPug London
Conditions:
• Tickets are non-transferable.
• No cash alternative is available.
• Winners must be able to attend on the stated date.

7. WINNER SELECTION
7.1 All valid entries will be entered into a random draw.
7.2 Winners will be selected using a verifiable random selection process.
7.3 The draw will take place on Thursday 25 June 2026.
7.4 The Promoter's decision is final.

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION
8.1 Winners will be notified by email and/or telephone within fourteen (14) days of the draw. Prize 2 (Birthday Party) winners will be notified immediately following the draw so they are able to attend on 27 June 2026.
8.2 Winners must respond within fourteen (14) days.
8.3 If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, is ineligible, or declines the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw and award the prize to an alternative entrant.

9. PUBLICITY
9.1 Winners may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity connected with the Prize Draw.
9.2 By accepting a prize, winners agree that CuppaPug may publish their first name, surname initial and county of residence for winner announcement purposes.
9.3 Winners may also be invited to participate in photographs, videos, interviews and social media content relating to the Prize Draw.
9.4 Participation in additional promotional activity beyond winner announcement is voluntary.

10. DATA PROTECTION
10.1 Personal information supplied during entry will be processed by CuppaPug solely for the purposes of administering the Prize Draw, contacting winners and complying with legal obligations.
10.2 Information may be shared with trusted third-party service providers where necessary to administer the Prize Draw and arrange prizes.
10.3 Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation, including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
10.4 Entrants may request details of the personal information held about them or request deletion where legally permissible.

11. DISQUALIFICATION
11.1 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:
• Breaches these Terms and Conditions;
• Provides false information;
• Attempts to manipulate or interfere with the entry process;
• Uses automated or fraudulent entry methods.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for:
• Lost, delayed or incomplete entries;
• Technical failures;
• Travel disruptions;
• Cancellation of flights;
• Acts of third parties;
• Circumstances outside its reasonable control.
12.2 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

13. AMENDMENT OR CANCELLATION
13.1 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Prize Draw where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
13.2 Any material changes will be published on the CuppaPug website.

14. GOVERNING LAW
14.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
14.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
