At CuppaPug, we operate as a bookings-based business to ensure the welfare and happiness of our beloved pugs. Managing their engagement time, rest breaks, and overall well-being is at the core of what we do. For this reason, it’s essential that bookings are planned and honored as scheduled.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may prevent you from attending your session. However, to maintain the integrity of our schedule and the well-being of the pugs, the following policies apply:

Refunds for Cancellations:

All bookings are final. Cancellations and refunds are only available within 48 hours of purchase. After this time, only rescheduling is permitted.

Rescheduling:

If you need to reschedule, please contact us with at least 24 hours' notice, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request based on availability. No changes can be made within 24 hours of your booking.

Final Confirmation:

Your confirmation email sent 24 hours before your booking is your final confirmation. After this point, no changes, reschedules, or refunds can be made.
