Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
At CuppaPug, we understand that plans can change and unexpected circumstances may arise. To ensure fairness for all guests and to support the operation of our sessions, the following cancellation and rescheduling policy applies:

Refunds are available within 48 hours of making your booking, provided your session is not due to take place within that 48-hour period.

After 48 hours from the time of booking, refunds are no longer available.

If you are unable to attend your session, you may reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before your scheduled session time, subject to availability.

No refunds or reschedules can be made within 24 hours of your scheduled session.

If you make a booking within 24 hours of the session start time, the booking is final and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
To ensure a smooth experience and to meet the requirements of our animal exhibition licence, please arrive 15 minutes before your session begins. This allows enough time for check-in, hand washing and preparation so that your full session can start on time.
Unfortunately, guests who arrive after their session has started will not be admitted, and no refund or reschedule will be offered. This policy helps us protect the wellbeing of our pugs, maintain a calm environment, and ensure each visitor's experience runs safely and smoothly.
Please note that the confirmation email sent 24 hours before your booking serves as your final confirmation. Once this email has been sent, no refunds or reschedules can be made.
We believe this policy provides a fair balance between protecting our small business, meeting our licensing obligations, and ensuring all guests receive the best possible experience at CuppaPug.
