Handling puppies

• We kindly request your attentive adherence to staff instructions on the proper handling of puppies.

Sleeping and napping

• Puppies may experience fatigue during a session, especially after an active day. Kindly acknowledge and respect their need for a nap break.

• While puppies may enjoy attention and cuddles, if a puppy falls asleep in your arms, please allow a staff member to gently return them to their designated resting area once your cuddle session concludes.

• Recognizing the importance of sleep in a puppy's development, we ask that you refrain from disturbing them when they are sleeping. Your cooperation in maintaining a quiet environment during their nap time is crucial for their well-being.

• Kindly allow puppies the freedom to eat and drink undisturbed.

• Periodically, treats will be offered under the supervision of our staff.

Environment and noises
