However, due to the terms and conditions of our company, we cannot issue refunds for cancellations made after 48 hours of the booking.

That being said, we are committed to providing you with the best possible service and will do everything in our power to make sure you get the most out of your experience with us. If you are unable to attend a session due to extenuating circumstances, we can offer you credit towards a future session at a more convenient time or simply reschedule your booking.
