Service Description
Our exclusive cafe for pug lovers, spend time with our friendly resident pugs; play with them, sit with them and take photos against our pug themed feature walls. Learn about pugs and support them through our partner The National Pug Protest Trust. Enjoy our pug themed smoothies; coffees, teas and yummy cakes - all whilst in our designed for pugs space. The resident pugs are our own pets, we welcome other pugs and their human friends and those that just love pugs and want to be in their company. #PugTherapy We limit bookings to 6 people every 30-minutes for a 1-hour booking. Please not there is a 5-minute transfer window either side within your booking time allocation.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: At CuppaPug , we take cancellations seriously. We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise which prevent you from attending a session you have booked. However, due to the terms and conditions of our company, we cannot issue refunds for cancellations made after 48 hours of the booking. That being said, we are committed to providing you with the best possible service and will do everything in our power to make sure you get the most out of your experience with us. If you are unable to attend a session due to extenuating circumstances, with a minimum of 24 hours notice we can look to reschedule your booking based on availability. Your confirmation email sent 24 hours before your booking is the final confirmation of your booking. No refunds or reschedules will be made after this time. We believe that this approach strikes a fair balance between protecting our business and ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service.Â
