Our Mission

CuppaPug Rescue actively seeks out pugs requiring a fresh start due to changing circumstances, financial difficulties, or reports of neglect or abuse. We also welcome pugs surrendered directly to us or through our trusted partner charities.

Our one-of-a-kind rescue approach combines compassionate care with the social, calming environment of our pug café. This helps:

  • Socialisation: New arrivals interact with other pugs and people in a friendly, low-stress setting.

We believe that finding the perfect match between a pug and their new family requires care and consideration. That’s why we prioritise in-person applications, allowing us to:

  • Assess how the pug interacts with you, your family, existing pets, and children.

  • Ensure the commitment and readiness of adopters to take on the responsibility of pug care.

  • Focus our resources on serious applicants, ensuring no time is wasted.

Foster and Adoption Opportunities

Are you ready to open your heart and home to a pug in need? We offer two meaningful ways to get involved:

  • Fostering: Local customers can apply to foster pugs, giving them a safe and loving temporary home while they await adoption.

  • Adopting a Pug in a Pink Bandana: When you visit the café, you may notice pugs wearing pink bandanas—these are our pugs ready for adoption. You can apply in person to give one of these lovable pugs their forever home.

 

By fostering or adopting through CuppaPug Rescue, you’re not just giving a pug a new home—you’re changing a life.

100% of your donation directly supports our rescue, fostering, and rehoming efforts, including vet care and food. To contribute to a specific pug, visit their individual rescue page and donate directly.

Cancellation Policy:

At CuppaPug , we take cancellations seriously. We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise which prevent you from attending a session you have booked. However, due to the terms and conditions of our company, we cannot issue refunds for cancellations made after 48 hours of the booking.

That being said, we are committed to providing you with the best possible service and will do everything in our power to make sure you get the most out of your experience with us. If you are unable to attend a session due to extenuating circumstances, with a minimum of 24 hours notice we can look to reschedule your booking based on availability.

Your confirmation email sent 24 hours before your booking is the final confirmation of your booking. No refunds or reschedules will be made after this time. 

We believe that this approach strikes a fair balance between protecting our business and ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service.

Any changes made to your booking will incur a £2.50 admin fee.
